Chloe Lee Hypnotherapy
Hi, I’m Chloe Lee. Welcome.
I’m based in Seattle, Washington, and I help people change their minds, bodies, and patterns—with care, clarity, and approaches grounded in what we know about the brain and nervous system.
I work with clients in the greater Seattle area and beyond—including Tacoma, Spokane, and other communities—by appointment. Remote sessions are available via Zoom when that is the best fit.
How can hypnotherapy help you?
My practice is grounded in clinical hypnotherapy, nervous system science, and neuroplasticity. Together, we use evidence-informed methods so that shifts in thought and behavior feel embodied and sustainable—not forced.
I have completed more than 500 hours of education in Integral Hypnotherapy™ through the Hypnotherapy Academy of America, a program known for depth and rigor in the field.
I also draw on a four-year, National Institutes of Health–funded research model that informs how I structure sessions and track what supports lasting change.
If you are an adult looking for practical tools, a steady therapeutic relationship, and a respectful space to work on habits, stress, sleep, performance, or the stories you tell yourself, we can explore whether hypnotherapy is a good fit.
